Feel strong with Qigong by Daniel Oldaker
Every Wednesday Daniel will be taking a Zoom class in Qigong and basic Akido plus some basic life enhancing knowledge. A brief but direct class going through a beginners meditation and basic warm ups for Qigong sequences then covering some basic Akido moves. He's been doing this for years and now it's time to share his knowledge and insight. Every week new concepts, ideas for keeping your training regime fresh, fun and fanciful.
