WEDNESDAYS - Feel strong with Qigong by Daniel Oldaker

Every Wednesday Daniel will be taking a Zoom class in Qigong plus some basic life enhancing knowledge. A brief but direct class with some basic warm ups for Qigong sequences. He's been doing this for years and now it's time to share his knowledge and insight. Every week new concepts, ideas for keeping your training regime fresh, fun and fanciful.


THESE SESSIONS ARE NOW ON GOING, EVERY WEDNESDAY at 8am AND YOU CAN DONATE BELOW IF YOU WISH.

FRIDAYS - No Yawn Yoga with Rani Huszar

Find it hard to make it to the online live Yoga classes and then when you get there you are yawning, well well well Rani Huszar has the class for you, a very unique and special invitation for you to join her at Studio 21 every Friday Morning @ 11am. She's been doing her own practice for years and now after her teacher training late last year she is ready to share her world of Yoga with you. Pranayama (breathing exercises) Yoga (general asana practice with varying styles) Feel good in mind body and sprit without the yawn.


This is an ongoing class , it's currently running on open donations , and free for people who can't afford to pay . Everyone is welcome .
